Draft copy for review before launch. Plain language, no legal claims.
When you create an account we store your email address, an optional display name, and the date your account was created. We also store the prompts you choose to save.
Saved prompts belong to your account. Database security rules restrict every read and write to the account that owns the record, so other people using Prompt Keeper cannot see your prompts.
The admin area shows counts and trends only — for example how many people have signed up, and how many prompts have been created. It is not used to read the content of anyone's saved prompts.
We look at aggregate usage numbers to understand whether the tool is helping workshop participants. These figures are counts, not prompt content.
You can download a copy of your prompts at any time from Account. The export includes your titles, prompt text, notes, categories, tags, favourite status and dates.
You can permanently delete your account from Account. This removes your login, your profile record and all of your saved prompts. Deletion cannot be undone.
